Brb, drooling
According to Deadline, this trio are set to take on roles in 'Mud' director Jeff Nichols' take on the film inspired by the book 'The Bikeriders' published in 1967 in tandem with the author Danny Lyon's documentary photography.
Butler is still riding the wave of his Oscar-worthy performance in the biopic 'Elvis' while Jodie Comer star just keeps shining brighter off the back of her Emmy award winning performance in 'Killing Eve'.
Tom Hardy has been a bit more low key lately since 'Venom: Let There Be Carnage', but his 2015 'Legend' dropped on Netflix recently and rewatching it reminded us of his delirious talent. So, are we excited for a film featuring these three juggernauts? Heck yeah.
The story follows a motorcycle club in the 1960s in the American Midwest over the course of a decade. Lyon himself was part of the Chicago Outlaw Motorcycle Club and the photography which accompanies the book is admired as a seminal piece of photojournalism.
The film is set to be produced by New Regency with Sarah Green and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones producing alongside through Tri-State. The executive producer for the adaption is Fred Berger.
We don't know about you, but we're pretty damn excited to hear more about this and hopefully soon.
Any trailers going, Nichols?
