More details will be revealed in the coming weeks at DC's FanDome event.
Confirming long-circulating rumours once and for all, the studio behind the 'Batman Arkham' series have announced that one of their next games will be 'Suicide Squad'.
Rocksteady Games posted the first poster of the game yesterday, as well as announcing more details to be revealed as DC's FanDome event on August 22nd. The poster shows Superman - or possibly Bizarro? - with a target locked on his head.
It's not yet known which characters you'll be able to play as, as the Suicide Squad has previously featured a wide selection that has included Deadshot, Joker, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, Black Manta from 'Aquaman', Count Vertigo from 'Arrow', and hundreds more.

It's also been rumoured but not confirmed that another game, this time featuring Batman, will be announced at the DC FanDome event. That game will see Batman face off against the League of Assassins and the Court of Owls, with WB Montréal teasing the game in the past few months.
WB Montréal was responsible for 'Batman: Arkham Origins', the only game in the franchise not made by Rocksteady, which was a prequel to 'Batman: Arkham Asylum' and 'Batman: Arkham Knight'.
