Lord Henry Mountcharles has revealed that there will be no Slane concert this summer because they've been unable to find a headline act. Mountcharles revealed this news recently on RTE Radio One's Marian Finucane Show. Mountcharles had previously stated that he hoped that the event would go ahead as planned on August 28th. Paul McCartney was rumoured to be on Mountcharles' shopping list for Slane 2010 but denied reports that the former Beatle knocked him back. Mountcharles also said that he hoped to have Kings of Leon on board for Slane 2011.
