It was definitely one of our favourite TV shows of 2014, and we weren't the only ones, as Baz and Nancy Ashmawy's Fifty Ways to Kill Your Mammy has already been sold to over 100 territories. Baz's elaborate attempts to off that amazing mammy of his has clearly proven quite the winning format.

He didn't kill her last time round after numerous attempts, with the pair taking part in everything from sky dives to rattle snake charming, but Baz is not a man to give up easily and it's been announced that the series would be returning for a second outing.

Baz Ashmawy said "After all the amazing things Nancy did last series, I'm as surprised as anyone that she's still alive! Trying to kill my mum was the best fun I've ever had and now I'm thrilled to get the chance to try again"

While Director of Sky 1 Adam MacDonald said; "It’s fantastic to welcome Baz and Nancy back to Sky 1. The universal themes of the series and the joy of the mother and son relationship mean that we’ve all taken them to our hearts and I can’t wait to see what they get up to next."

God knows what else Baz has in store for Nancy although the main image above is a picture of the pair filming the upcoming series in Scandanavia, so we know there will be snow involved in some shape or form!

It was also announced yesterday that the series has been nominated for a RTS Award in the Popular Factual and Features category.

Hmmm, maybe it's time we all started bringing our mammies to work with us...

50 Ways To Kill Your Mammy series 2 will air on Sky 1 later this year.
