The embarrassment that is Honey G continues to mock any and all societal and musical conventions and this week's show is no different.

The "rapper" - and please note the inverted commas - is tonight planning to perform Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice Baby for X-Factor, but was specifically cautioned by the estate of David Bowie that she is to perform Ice Ice Baby and not, as she did last week, go on a free-for-all using the sample.

Last week saw Honey G rap over Diana Ross' Motown hit, I'm Coming Up, which was sampled by Notorious BIG for his hit, Mo' Money Mo' Problems. It's understood that Honey G was planning a similar stunt and wanted to rap her own lyrics over Queen and David Bowie's Under Pressure, which Vanilla Ice sampled for Ice Ice Baby.

However, a report by The Mirror confirmed that the estate of David Bowie made it clear that none of Honey G's usual gimmicks and tricks are to be employed. The source stated that "Bowie’s estate have been very reluctant in letting her use the song, she can’t make it her own in any way and must stick to Vanilla Ice’s version."

The catastrophe episode kicks off tonight at 8PM on TV3.
