Aimee Mann to play Bord Gais Energy Theatre
Aimee Mann, owner of one of the more gorgeous voices of our generation, will make her return to an Irish stage at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre on Thursday 31st January.
Mann's eighth studio album Charmer was released in the tail end of last year, her first record since 2008's delightfully titled F**king Smilers. Mann has had something of a career resurgence in recent years, having filmed an hilarious guest slot on Carrie Brownstein's hit US TV show Portlandia and gaining new legions of fans with her quick wit on Twitter.
Mann shot to mainstream prominence over a decade ago thanks to her outstanding soundtrack work on the Paul Thomas Anderson movie 'Magnolia'.
Tickets are on sale now, priced at €34.
