Kelsey Grammer is selling house for 18m

Kelsey Grammer is selling his house for $18 million.

The former 'Frasier' actor has listed the Californian mansion - which he once lived in with ex-wife Camille Donatacci and their two children, Mason, 10, and seven-year-old Jude - for $17,999,000, according to website Trulia.com

The Holmby Hills estate - which is described as ''modern traditional'' - was purchased by Kelsey in June 2007 for $13.7 million.

At the time, the luxurious property featured five bedrooms and six bathrooms and Kelsey and Camille added two full bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The house now spans 10,567 square feet and the remodel features a media room, formal dining room, gourmet chef's kitchen and gym.

The property also boasts a pool, wine cellar, library, six-car motor court and four-car garage.

Kelsey and his fourth wife, Kayte Walsh, recently purchased a six-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion for $6.5 million and they are currently expecting twins.

Kelsey and Camille - who split in July 2010 after 12 years of marriage - are also trying to sell their home in Beaver Creek, Colorado, but have recently reduced the price from $7.9 million to $6,995,000.
