Andrew Garfield worried about film release

Andrew Garfield is worried about fame

Andrew Garfield is worried about what will happen to him once 'The Amazing Spider-Man' is released.

The 28-year-old actor spoke to Tobey MacGuire - who has also played the superhero in the big screen - and revealed his fears are reaching epic proportions.

He said in the interview featured in V magazine: ''Right now I have a host of fears that I'm contending with on a minute-to-minute basis. I'm not in the reality of it yet, so I'm sure I'm imagining it will be much worse than it is.''

The star - who made his name in 'The Social Network' - admitted he is worried about the separation with the public that being a celebrity entails.

He continued: ''I had a very small experience with it, and it's very difficult. Is there any way of containing it? Or humanising it? There's sometimes that separation that happens: There's a wall that goes up between people in the public eye - actors, musicians, politicians - and the public.

''What I'd love is for Spider-Man fans to be...I like the idea of everyone being one, because you were the guy in the suit and now I'm the guy in the suit and there'll be another guy in the suit later down the line. The whole celebrity myth is very new and interesting to me, whether one can just be an actor and also be in one of these roles.''
