The tour may be called Tears Of A Clown, but - according to some it was unclear if she was just really investing in her role, or if she was in fact very tired and emotional.

The 57-year-old singer reportedly left fans waiting in the rain for four hours before the free gig kicked off. They were then treated to a rather muted performance, some questionable jokes, a rather emotional tribute to her currently estranged son - Rocco, and a very bizarre exit (for Madonna, not for a clown), which took place after 3am in the morning.

According to The Mirror, Madonna said during the performance: “One thing I’m going to do here tonight that I’ve never done before when singing is drink... I’m not supposed to be asking for alcohol right now but, Jesus Christ, get me some drink.”

As for the song she dedicated to Rocco, it was Intervention, which opens with the line "I've got to save my baby." She also used a picture of Rocco as the stage backdrop. While I'm no legal expert, one can assume this goes against what Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan recently requested regarding giving the 15-year-old privacy during the ongoing custody battle.

Meanwhile, Madonna has just posted the below pic of 19-year-old daughter Lourdes, who is making her debut in Stella McCartney's Pop perfume campaign. The singer captioned it "I miss this Beautiful Girl! Looking forward to seeing her very soon!"
