Take note future Roses, this is how you impress judges if you're going down the 'talent' path in the Rose of Tralee. Just be prepared to share your joy of winning with the internet mocking you and your choice.

Miss America was crowned over the weekend and while we're sure there were plenty of other things that won her the title, the thing that went down a storm with people on Twitter was her talent. Taking inspiration from Anna Kendrick's 'Cup Song' from Pitch Perfect, Miss New York and now Miss America Kira Kazantsev performed Pharrell's 'Happy' with a good old fashioned USA red cup and it clearly impressed the judges (insert 'U-S-A, U-S-A' chant here).

Everyone at home? Not so much. Even Anna Kendrick was dismayed at the whole thing.

But the greatest moments, besides the above, came from the 'Fun Facts' that accompanied each contestant as they performed. Whoever decided on these is a genius.
