The absolute trainwreck that was Lady Gaga and R. Kelly's performance of 'Do What U Want' on Saturday Night Live this weekend unfortunately eclipsed what was otherwise a great show from Mother Monster.
Not only was the whole thing awkward and vocally all over the place, but when they tried to be 'sexy' (with Gaga straddling Kelly before lying on the studio floor underneath him while he did push-ups over her) it was just a hot mess. And not in the attractive way. In the 'someone ate too much curry at dinner' way.
Which is a shame because the song is a cracker.
