Unless you've been living under a rock for the last week, you'll have been aware of the Ice Bucket Challenge (and if you have been living under a rock, is there room for one more?). And while it's for a great cause (ALS & MND charities around the world) and entertaining when celebs do it, it's not always the safest or most foolproof activity for everyday civilians to get involved in.
