Let's break it down for you. This a Krispy Kreme. The closest you've probably ever gotten to one is via Miranda when she went through her doughnut eating phase in SATC. Now that you're with us, that is a glazed doughnut stuffed with jam - and bacon.
Why has the Western World been gifted this treat when we don't nearly have enough already, you say? Well, the marketing people at Krispy Kreme thought it would be a good idea to team up with a minor league baseball team called the Wilmington Blue Rocks and this delight is being exclusively offered to their fans. Presumably if it's a hit, then it'll be rolled out nationwide, possibly along with some of the aforementioned fans.

As you can see, fans have been invited to name the product via social media. We're not sure what the prize for the best one is, apart from heart disease.
All junkfood shaming aside; as someone who's been munching King cheese and onion alongside Dairy Milk for years, I'd obviously be first in line to try one if the opportunity ever arrived.
