Details have emerged about Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke's new band. The as-yet-unnamed project will feature Yorke on vocals, as well as RHCP's Flea, Joey Waronker (REM, Elliott Smith), Mauro Refosco (Forro In The Dark) and famed producer Nigel Godrich. The group will play music from Yorke's 2006 solo album The Eraser, as well as newly written material.

"In the past couple of weeks I've been getting a band together for fun to play the eraser stuff live and the new songs etc.. to see if it could work!", said Yorke on Radiohead's website. "We don't really have a name and the set will not be very long cuz ..well …we haven't got that much material yet!"

Names reported to be under consideration (and we're not making this up) include Thombola, Thomasexual, Duke of Yorke and T.Homme.

If you're lucky enough to be in LA at the beginning of October, you can catch this supergroup at the CA Orpheum Theatre on October 4th and 5th.
