Madonna was in Paris last night to play the first of two nights at the AccorHotels Arena on her Rebel Heart tour.
After she was done at the arena, however, she made a stop-off at the Place de la Republique, where flowers and tributes for the victims of last month's terrorist attacks have been lain.
She posted about the impromptu performance on Twitter, where a small crowd gathered to hear her play three songs acoustically - 'Like a Prayer', new track 'Ghosttown' and John Lennon's 'Imagine' - with her son David.
