We're not sure if this footage plumbs new depths of musical awfulness, or… no, wait. Actually, we are sure. This plumbs new depths of musical awfulness. You can take it as the aural equivalent of the first horseman of the apocalypse.
Superstar DJ David Guetta played Belgian festival Tomorrowland last week, and footage has now emerged of his remix of children's song 'If You're Happy and You Know It (Clap Your Hands)'. It's the French DJ's new single and was performed with Dutch act GLOWINTHEDARK, although it's not clear when it will be released.
The song, which features modified lyrics 'If you're high and you know it, clap your hands.'
It seems that even Calvin Harris might be as dubious as we are, as he tweeted "Is Guetta's version of 'If you're happy and you know it' an early 90s rave referencing stroke of genius or an absolute pile of dog s**t?" about the song before deleting it.
Make up your own mind below. Stroke of genius? Or has Guetta ruined your childhood?
