Dave Grohl has certainly not let his broken leg put a downer on any Foo Fighters gig over the last while.
The frontman's injury has informed his stagecraft in recent times as he has been performing from a custom-made throne - but a gig in Boston went a step further (pun intended) on Saturday night.
The band covered The White Stripes song 'Seven Nation Army' and invited Dr. Lew Schon - the orthopaedic surgeon who worked on Grohl's leg - on stage to play with them.
