It's no secret that The Strypes have been clocking up celebrity fans left, right and centre - and now they can add Alice Cooper to the list.
The shock-rock star was being interviewed by Billboard at Clive Davis's pre-Grammys party the other day (he played the ceremony on Monday as part of supergroup Hollywood Vampires with Johnny Depp and Joe Perry) when he was asked what his favourite albums were recently.
He said: "It's so hard to find albums anymore. There's a band called The Strypes from Ireland; 18-year-old kids that sound like The Yardbirds and The Small Faces combined. They didn't get nominated for anything, but it's the best record I've heard all year."
The Strypes released their second album 'Little Victories' in 2015.
