Another twist in the neverending Garth Brooks fiasco. It seems that Ticketmaster is now purposefully delaying the refund of tickets from Tuesday to Thursday to allow time for negotiations to happen.
In a statement released just a few moments ago, Ticketmaster said that they are delaying commencement of the refunds until Thursday, July 17th and have asked for fans to patient. The tickets were originally due to be refunded on Tuesday, July 15th.
Meanwhile, Alan Kelly, newly-appointed Minister for Environment, Community & Local Government is now rowing into the fiasco and is said to have joined the negotiating table.
