Rock band Status Quo and composer Michael Nyman have both announced Dublin gigs for later this year - although not together, mind.
Status Quo will go on their last-ever electric tour later this year, and are adding a brace of Irish dates to their schedule. They'll play Belfast's SSE Arena on October 28th, and Dublin's 3Arena on October 29th.
Tickets are from £38 (Belfast) and €56.50 (Dublin) including booking fee, and on sale from usual outlets this Friday at 9am.
Meanwhile, celebrated composer Michael Nyman - who has composed soundtracks for films such as The Piano, amongst others - will play Dublin's Olympia Theatre on November 17th.
Tickets are €43 including booking fee, and also on sale from usual outlets this Friday, April 22nd at 9am.
