If there's one thing you can rely on Noel Gallagher for, it's telling it like it is.
While England as a nation is currently being swept up in visions of winning the World Cup for the first time since 1966, one man who is not on board the 'It's coming home' bandwagon is Gallagher.
As fans began chanting the phrase during his set at London's Greenwich Music Time festival on Saturday - following England's win over Sweden - he took them back down to earth by saying "Seriously, though – it fucking so isn’t. It fucking is not. It is not."
As fans began booing, he added: "You fucking know it, and I know it."

One man who wasn't particularly impressed by Noel's comments was his brother Liam, who used the opportunity to take another pot-shot at Noel and his wife...
