A Judge has thrown out a ridiculous Taylor Swift plagurism lawsuit in the best way possible. Using Taylor Swift's lyrics.
R&B singer Jesse Braham filed a $42 million lawsuit against Swift, claiming that she stole the lyric "haters gonna hate" from his 2013 song "Hater Gonna Hate".
Braham initially requested a songwriting credit and a selfie with Swift but was quickly denied. He then decided to take a lawsuit against Swift, one of the most powerful people in the music industry, without the aid of an attorney.
A quick google search from Swift's legal team was enough to provide evidence that the phrase "Haters Gonna Hate" has been in popular culture since well before the release of Braham's song in 2013.

The concluding statement quotes that "At present, the Court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever get his case back in court. But, for now, we have got problems and the Court is not sure Braham can solve them."
"At least for the moment, Defendants have shaken off this lawsuit."
Just think, while Braham was getting all down and out about Swift's supposed lies he could have just been getting down to that sick beat.
