It seems like the argument between Patrick Carney of The Black Keys and Jack White has been settled.
Carney went on a Twitter tirade yesterday, accusing White of trying to start a fight with him in a New York bar on Sunday night and calling him a "40 year old bully".
White responded via a statement to Entertainment Weekly, saying Carney should "quit whining to the Internet and speak face to face like a human being."
Carney has since deleted the tweets concerning the incident, apart from the below:
He is why I play music. The bully assholes who made me feel like nothing. Music was a private non competitive thing.

NME also reports that he tweeted "Talked to jack for an hour he's cool. All good." - although this tweet also seems to have since been deleted from his profile.
White responded via his Third Man Records page:
“From one musician to another, you have my respect Patrick Carney.” -Jack White

You all know what the next logical step is… A CHARITY COVER! And we have just the song...
