U2 played the first of their four hometown gigs at Dublin's 3Arena last night, finally bringing their 'Innocence + eXperience' tour to our shores after schlepping it around the globe for the last nine months.
Needless to say, all four gigs sold out very quickly so there was a lot of anticipation riding on the opening night.
Here's what Twitter had to say about Bono and co.'s homecoming:

Not a huge U2 fan, headed down to the gig anyway, all criticisms of Bono aside it was a fucking great show

Love them or loathe them, U2 know how to put on a show. Reasonably sane people gushing about last night's Dublin gig.
