Dolly Parton fans have been worriedly speculating on the country music legend's health after it was revealed that she underwent medical treatment recently.
However, with rumours of stomach cancer surrounding the 69-year-old star after a report in tabloid magazine National Enquirer, she issued a statement saying that she is in good health and she had a procedure to remove kidney stones.
"I had them removed three weeks ago and I am doing just fine!," she said. "I am back to work and last week I was at Dollywood filming parts for my new movie Coat of Many Colors."
She added: "There is absolutely no truth at all that I have stomach cancer. I love and appreciate everyone's concern."
