Seconds out, round TWO!

Just days removed from telling Mickey Mouse to "lawyer up", Deadmau5 has intensified his feud with Disney by issuing a cease & desist notice to them after they allegedly featured music from the Canadian DJ in one of their videos without Deadmau5's consent.

This is the latest incident in the back and forth war of words between the two parties which has been raging on all week, after Disney issue a trademark violation notice to the DJ by claiming that Deadmau5's famous 'mau5head' logo is too similar to their famous 'Mickey Mouse ears' symbol.

Deadmau5 currently holds the trademark of his logo/image in more than 70 countries, including Japan, Germany and the UK, but Disney have issued exception when he tried to do the same in the United States, claiming that the mouse ears logo has been associated with them for 60 years and that Deadmau5's use of a similar image could harm their business.

Yesterday, lawyers representing Deadmau5 issued a letter to Disney surrounding the use of his song 'Ghosts n' Stuff' in a Disney video called 'Ghosts n' Stuff - Re-Micks', claiming that they used the track without permission or license.

The cartoon has since been taken down from the Disney website.

This one seems like it's going to rage on for quite some time...
