Legendary bassist Jack Bruce has died at the age of 71.
One of the founding members of blues-rock pioneers Cream along with Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker, Bruce was considered by many music critics to be one of the greatest bassists in the history of music.
Originally forming Cream with Clapton and Baker in 1966, the trio would write some of rock's most famous tracks, including Sunshine Of Your Love, I Feel Free, Badge and many more.
As well as gifted bassist, Bruce was an accomplished pianist, vocalist and organist.
He had been in ill health for some time and was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2003.
