Where on earth does he get the time?
Bruce Springsteen is proving more productive than Beyoncé these days, as not only has he been on tour quite a bit in recent years - as well as reportedly working on a solo album - but he is set to publish his autobiography this year, too.
There have been countless biographies of one of America's most enduring musicians, but 'Born to Run' will see The Boss tell his story in his own words when it is published by Simon & Schuster on September 27th.
Apparently the 66-year-old has spent the last six years telling his story, from his New Jersey childhood to the beginning of his career in the mid-sixties and beyond.
The press release says: "In Born To Run, Springsteen describes growing up in Freehold, New Jersey amid the 'poetry, danger, and darkness' that fuelled his imagination. He vividly recounts his relentless drive to become a musician, his early days as a bar band king in Asbury Park, and the rise of the E Street Band. With disarming candor, he also tells for the first time the story of the personal struggles that inspired his best work, and shows us why the song 'Born To Run' reveals more than we previously realised."
