After reuniting in April to play at the funeral of their father Gerry Corr, the foursome are now going ahead with a concert in London's Hyde Park. Yep, the Hyde Park where such legends as Bowie and The Stones have played.
By way of confirmation, BBC Radio 2 came across with the below tweet.
The Corrs are BACK! Playing for the first time in nearly a decade for @bbcradio2 Live in Hyde Park https://t.co/I2fcDNad6A

Of course there's the new album on the horizon. The Beeb's Chris Evans managed to bag an interview with Andrea Corr yesterday, where the lead singer said: "We're in the process of making a new record, so it feels just right to do this. It's exciting. We emerged after our lives going in different directions - babies and all that."
As for any Irish gigs on the horizon, there aren't any scheduled at present, but sure we can live in hope.
