They may be one of the most successful groups of all time but for the last few years the Bee Gees have been most famous for walking out of Clive Anderson's chat show, displaying the lack of humour that always made them somewhat unpopular in the music press. The new album from the Gibb brothers sees them trying to recapture the acoustic balladry that propelled them to fame in the 60s, abandoning the Saturday Night Fever disco beats for a more guitar-based sound. Although it gets a bit bland at times, there are more than enough great tunes and sweet harmonies here to show that the Bee Gees haven't lost it just yet.
