Beck has confirmed both a new single titled 'Dreams' and that he is working on a new album that is the 'opposite' of last year's 'Morning Phase'.

The American musician, who plays Live at the Marquee in Cork on Tuesday and the Royal Hospital, Kilmainham in Dublin on Wednesday, released a fifteen second teaser of the song, with the full version to follow later today.

Meanwhile, a new LP is forthcoming and he told LA radio station Alt 98.7 that "it started out as a heavy garage rock thing and became much more of a dance — some kind of hybrid."
