'Continuum' is a Canadian sci-fi drama. Police officer Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nichols) is living a normal life with her husband and son in the year 2077 when a group of freedom fighters known as Liber8 escape execution by fleeing to the year 2012. Kiera accidentally accompanies them into the past. She takes on a new identity with the Vancouver police department and enlists the help of teenage computer genius Alec Sadler (Erik Knudsen) to help her track down Edouard Kagame (Tony Amendola), the leader of Liber8. It premiered on Syfy in 2012.

Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nichols), a Vancouver City Protective Services officer, is transported from the year 2077 to 2012 when eight ruthless terrorists, known as Liber8, attempt to escape execution through time travel. With the help of 17 year old tech genius Alec Sadler (Erik Knudsen) and VPD officer Carlos Fonnegra (Victor Webster), Kiera must survive in our time period, and capture Liber8 before they can alter the course of history and change the future.

In season four, Kiera Cameron and the mysterious time traveler, Brad Tonkin must battle the Future Soldiers who arrived in a flash of light in the last moments of season three. Meanwhile, Kiera's alliance with the remaining members of Liber8 challenges her relationship with both Carlos and Alec Sadler. Kiera must also face off against Kellog, who is using every option available to him to become the ruler of a dark future built in his image.
