A live-action reimagining of the popular Nickelodeon animated series hopes to emulate One Piece by introducing ardent fans and new viewers to the daredevil exploits of a reluctant young hero called Aang (Gordon Cormier). He lives in a deeply divided world where four elemental nations once lived in harmony. Alas, the Fire nation attacked and destroyed the Air Nomads and now the power-hungry firebenders are intent on total domination. Aang is the last of his revered kind, an Avatar with the power to master air, earth, fire and water and restore balance with the help of siblings Sokka (Ian Ousley) and Katara (Kiawentiio). Unfortunately, Crown Prince Zuko (Dallas Liu) is determined to capture the unlikely saviours and Aang faces the omnipresent threat of fearsome Fire Lord Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim) and his abundant allies
