On Friday, former Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May will launch their much anticipated new car show, The Grand Tour. It will see the lads doing pretty much what they did before on their BBC1 show, except this time they will be on Amazon Prime.
That's great for them and all, but as the video streaming service is currently only available in the USA, UK, Germany and Japan, it means that we won't be able to watch it here in Ireland. There was speculation a few months ago that Amazon may make the show available to be bought by a television broadcaster, but it seems they have another plan up their sleeves.
Amazon have announced, via the presenters, that in a month the show will be available on their service for up to 200 countries, including Ireland.

So. People of Ireland, Canada, Australia and pretty well everywhere else. You WILL be able to watch the Grand Tour. Amazon has gone global.
