Season two of True Detective has well and truly divided opinions, some find it a compelling watch, others are happier to just rip the piss out of it, which it's prime material for at times in fairness.

Last season had the philosophical ramblings of Rust Cohle ('Time is a flat circle', and whatnot) while this season it's mainly been Vince Vaughn who has been landed with these nonsensical doozies.

Late Night talk show host Seth Meyers decided to have a little bit of fun with this and challenged his audience to a new game; 'Fortune Cookie or True Detective quote?'
