Watch: This is what Sesame Street would look like if they spoke like characters from HBO's Girls

We're not going to lie, we'd 100% watch a more mature take on the Muppets or Sesame Street if it was as funny or compelling as some of the other comedies coming from the likes of HBO.

Obviously Jimmy Kimmel thinks the same, and now that Sesame Street has moved to HBO in the US he decided to see if it could handle some of the more adult content that we're used to from the network and had Elmo and Abby Cadabby sit in for Girls' Andrew Rannells and Lena Dunham in one of their tamer conversations, but still nothing that should be heard by those young enough to be looking to Sesame Street for entertainment.
