Katherine Heigl this Autumn returns to TV, having previously starred in Grey’s Anatomy for several seasons and her new show looks pretty damn good.
State of Affairs will broadcast on NBC in the fall and the pilot episode was directed by the ace Joe Carnahan, who not only helmed The Grey and NARC, but the pilot of NBC’s biggest hit in years, The Blacklist.
Looks like fairly serious territory for Heigl again, after she moved to mainly romantic comedies for a few years and had a couple of standout box offices successes on her name - 27 Dresses and The Ugly Truth.
Maybe don’t publically moan about the writer son this one, Katherine - you don’t wanna spend another season in bed. Unless your character has Aids that's no way to win an Emmy.
