Last night, 17-year-old Louisa Johnson - mentored by Rita Ora, as you can see - won The X Factor, nabbing the title from the dual mitts of Reggie N Bollie, mentored by Cheryl.

For those unable to view the clip, it features both Cheryl and Simon simultaneously taking to their feet prematurely to applaud during a rousing key change pause. Given Cowell was partially responsible for the success of Westlife he'd be well versed (apologies) in the ways of the all-important key change.
