We're all gearing up for the new series of House of Cards, that will hit our screens this Friday, but while you're waiting, why not watch the Sesame Street version, House of Bricks instead, to get you in the mood.
The rather genius piece of work stars Frank Underwolf (rather than Underwood) doing his best to get in to three different houses, one of straw, one of sticks and one of brick, all occupied by three different pigs. That's beginning to sound familiar to us...
The parody nails plenty of the great parts of House of Cards that we love, notably Underwolf's tendency to turn to the camera and let us in on his wicked plans, and his penchant for knocking on tables with his ring. It also manages to teach kids about subtraction, and combines something that kids are sure to love with a nod to something their parents can enjoy too. Top marks all round from us.
