Is it just us or is there something kind of cruel about putting a couple in a long-term relationship in front of a live studio audience and then having an engagement in front of them?
Who knows, but the fact is that the Late Late Valentine's Special always makes for excellent TV because it's so often riddled with carnage, cringe and moments like this. The couple, James and Siobhan, recounted how they met - in a garage in Portlaoise - and then played a brief game of Mr. And Mrs. (or to our American readers, the Newlywed Game) which saw them answer questions on the former.
