We would say this is Lena Dunham like you've never seen her before, but if you're up to date on your Girls then you'll know she's a fan of choreographed dance numbers. But this is a whole different level of 'dance', so get ready for a bizarre start to your day.
In case you're wondering what the blonde wig and interpretative dance is all about, it's referencing the video for song being preformed by Sia live on Late Night with Seth Meyers last night, but after that we can't tell you what anything is about as Dunham's performance seems to be more piss-take-y than homage to the original thanks to her childlike movements and OTT expressions. But then again, that's all very Lena Dunham.
If you haven't heard 'Chandelier' or Sia yet get ready to hear a lot more of it as Furler, who's written songs for Beyoncé, Rihanna, Madonna and plenty more, is in full swing promoting her new album 1000 Forms of Fear, having already clocked up millions of views of the video for 'Chandelier' on YouTube as well as recreating said video on Ellen with its star (who some of you will recognise as Maddie from Dance Moms) last month. We prefer the Ellen version to be honest.
