John Oliver dedicated the better part of this week's 'Last Week Tonight' to the UK's recent election and the fact that the country is poised to begin the process of leaving the European Union but also took time to celebrate the true hero of the election.
Oliver spent 20 minutes last night educating America and world about the shitshow that is British politics at the moment and what Brexit actually means for the country, Europe and the potential knock-on effects globally.
And while he went hard on Theresa May, he did a good job of explaining what's going on in lay terms and offered up the only real solution to May's Brexit problem in the form of the most unlikely of negotiators.
