Every year Jimmy Kimmel hosts a live (it's normally taped earlier that day) post-Oscar show. On said show there's now a tradition where he does a months-in-planning, star packed video. This year was no different and it's brilliant.
There are literally too many stars to name, but the videos involve Kimmel as an acting teacher who, much like JK SImmons in Whiplash, has unusual methods of getting the best from his students. Like handing Susan Sarandon a jar and saying "fill it with your tears."
Absolute Gold.
