Having recently turned 50, Jimmy Kimmel is of the age where you really need to start looking after your health and as part of Stand Up To Cancer, agreed to let Katie Couric bring him for his first colonoscopy.
Yup, you're about to see what the inside of Jimmy Kimmel looks like.
Couric herself got a colonscopy on the Today show in March 2000 after her husband Jay Monahan died of colon cancer at the age of 42.
And if you're in any way squeamish, don't worry, Jimmy's colon is squeaky clean (but it still looks like a camera moving through the middle of a sausage).
