Samantha Bee has been a solid pillar of comedy in the face of the coming apocalypse throughout the last year and with Trump about to take office, she sought out someone with experience of tyrants, Russian journalist Masha Gessen.
Unfortunately, Gessen didn't have anything uplifting or optimistic to say but rather gave a very stark reality check for everyone currently soiling themselves and feeling like the world is in dire straits.
If only we all had panic bunkers like Samantha Bee.
