Last week was a shock to the system between Donald Trump’s election as the next POTUS and the tragic passing away of Leonard Cohen.
The late-night TV sketch show Saturday Night Live naturally made reference to the events, making fun of the former but also drawing emotion in relation to the latter.
Dave Chapelle was host for the night and he delivered a great monologue about Trump, the protests that followed his election, Black Lives Matter, and how being rich has changed his life.
‘America has done it. We’ve actually elected an internet troll as our president,’ he says, and later continues: ‘I haven’t seen white people this mad since OJ.’
