Talk about ungrateful.
Gordan Ramsay is busy these days reforming restaurants and hotels stateside with that trademark potty mouth of his as he goes to businesses in decline and revamps them to get them back on their feet again.
That's exactly what he did at a hotel in New Mexico recently, where he made $150,000 on upgrades, however, the manager Kelly turned out to be not all too keen on the adjustments.
While initially, Kelly seemed to be impressed with Gordon's changes to the bedrooms, pool area and menu, she soon changed her mind.
"What do I do with the 500 cases of burger buns I just bought in?" she asks.
"And do we really want to spend an hour putting things away every night and then bringing them out every morning?
"This is what Ramsay gave the hotel: labour, labour, labour, labour, labour.
"This is a lot of work: I can't deal with it. I've got a major job ahead of me now. [It's a] major pain in the ass."
