Liam Neeson's interview on last night's Late Late Show is probably going to haunt him for a few years.
When questioned about the sex scandals rocking Hollywood, Liam Neeson was pretty open about his opinions on the topic and said that there was "a bit of a witch-hunt going on," and pointed out Garrison Kellior as an example.
Kellior, a well-known figure in American broadcasting, was fired from several positions over allegations that he inappropriately touched a woman - which Neeson described as touching a woman's bare back as he tried to comfort her.
When asked about the likes of Kevin Spacey and Dustin Hoffman, Neeson said he was "on the fence" about Hoffman, and made a somewhat confusing rationalisation for Hoffman's alleged behaviour and called it "childhood stuff." Hoffman was in his 40s when the alleged incidents took place.
Here's Neeson's interview.
Needless to say, Neeson's comments haven't gone down well on social media. Here's just a few so far.
Anyone of you, go into work on Monday, touch a co-worker's breast. Say it's a superstition you have, you have to do it, or you'll have a bad day. After you're arrested for sexual assault, tell the police it's just childhood stuff, ya know silly things. Let me know how that goes.

An adult male touching a woman's breast is not "childhood stuff".
