We would say spoiler alert but it has been widely reported that Sandra Oh, who plays Dr Cristina Yang on the hit show since its inception, will leave at the end of this series. The show which is now on its tenth season has seen many much loved characters come and go, but none as dear to Meredith as her bff and 'person' Cristina.
The pair have had their fair share of ups and downs through the years and while we have have all loved the drama of McDreamy and Meredith, it's the friendship of Meredith and Cristina that has been the real heart of the show.
This season however, things changed dramatically for the duo as they have faced their biggest fight yet. The reasons for it can't even be stemmed down to one specific thing, dare we say it, but have they grown apart? Meredith has chosen motherhood over progressing her career and while that's all well and good, it's tough on her to see Cristina leap ahead of her professionally. Saying that though, Cristina hasn't been a breeze to deal with either, although when has she ever been?
Things all came to ahead at April's wedding recently when the pair hashed it all out between them, but how will one of TV's best friendships finally say goodbye to each other?
The finale of season ten and Yang's last episode is just days away in the States, and ABC have released a video of all their best moments together including the plane crash, Mer's near drowning death, and of course there's that no-eyebrows-Cristina moment along with some 30-second dance parties. There's even the odd forbidden hug or two!
