Grey's Anatomy season nine finale left us on tender hooks as a storm hit the hospital. And judging by this trailer season ten will be just as dramatic, as the storm isn't over yet. Looks like Grey's is back to it's best with plenty to keep you on the edge of your seat with the first episode.
In a rather intense trailer we see snippets of footage from the two hour premiere episode 'Who Will Survive'. Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) is about to have her baby and is being left in the dark, while the rest of the hospital descends into total chaos. We also see Owen (Kevin McKidd) pronounce someone dead while McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey) and Cailie (Sara Ramirez) look on...but who could it be? Incase you have not seen the end of season nine yet we won't speculate as to who. This season will also be Yang's (Sandra Oh) last season. We can't wait for the next season.
